To manufacture our high-quality EMT, we use low-carbon strip steel that is electric-resistance welded into tubing and then in-line galvanized for superior rust protection. The conduit is then coated with a low-friction organic polymer inside and out to resist corrosion and make feeding wires easier. Before leaving our facility, our EMT undergoes testing to ensure it bends easily without kinking, flattening, flaking or cracking.
